Because we are a NAPA AutoCare Center we are able to offer to you the NAPA Peace of Mind Limited Warrant.
--Basically that means 12 Months/20,000km on select Repairs completed at KAT Automotive. NAPA takes pride in being able to back their parts and so do we.

Because we want to ensure that you as a KAT customer have confidence in both our labor and the quality parts we install  KAT Automotive WILL NOT INSTALL customer supplied parts.   We can not guarantee that the supplied part is the correct part and if for some reason there is a need we can not return it or warranty it thru our account, we also can not guarantee that a supplied part will be of the same quality or standard as the parts that we back & install.

This is why we try to source out, and install quality parts that meet the KAT Automotive standard while still doing our very best to ensure that we are being cognizant of our customers budget and time constrictions while ensuring that our customers have the benefit of knowing that they are able to access warranty anywhere they may be in North America.
